A personalized web experience that stands out

This project involved redesigning the web experience for AluSplash, a kitchen backsplash and interior wall panel manufacturer based in Singapore.
The goal was to develop an informative website to generate brand awareness and support our B2B distributors’ sales. The website aims to help end-consumers understand the product, request samples, visualise different colours, make informative decisions before their purchase, and guide them to stores’ websites from where they can buy.

The process included:

– identify crucial touchpoints that can make or break customer satisfaction;

– understand the needs and wants of our users;

– craft the site to be customer-centric.

I have then designed a clean and easy to navigate website to guide the user through multiple calls to action.

To launch the new website, I have developed and implemented an SEO strategy to ensure that users and search engines get the most accurate result for every query through unique content and a website that works well on any device.

I have also worked on a keyword strategy to make us rank on the first page of Google for the top 10 researched words, combining better quality content and an improved site structure.
